Ephraim Clayworks

Understated and beautiful Raku pottery is Brian's specialty, in addition to organizing the Door County 1/2 Marathon. This shop, two doors down in a turn-of-the-century log cabin, offers utilitarian pieces as well as handsome artwork. It is a working studio where you may be lucky to catch Brian throwing on his wheel in the back of the shop.

Leroy's Coffee Cafe

Our guests love having Leroy's three doors down for an early morning or late night bolt of great coffee and pastries. Indoor seating with games in this turn-of-the-century log cabin or popular outdoor seating where you can watch the world go by.

Stacy B. herself is the essence of fun, bringing us her whimsical selection of teen props, funky jewelry, summer decorative accessories and wall decor artfully arranged in her little white cottage. Definitely worth a look; and a volleyball net on the front lawn entices passer-bys to get up a game while Adirondacks offer seating for spectators.

Water Street Gallery

Then there is Fred B., Stacy's husband, in the larger cottage next door, also a Door County native and an energetic, self-taught painter. Stop by the Gallery for an array of framed Door County art and nautical maps and great conversation.

Joel and Lauren, a.k.a Mr. & Mrs. Good Eggs, serve up a wonderful breakfast / lunch wrap with your choice of some very gourmet ingredients that will keep you filled up all day. Surf boards provide outdoor seating with a water view. Mid-summer they offer the “Grilled Cheese Project” for dinner!

Ephraim Beach

The expanse of white sandy beach and shallow water makes this a great spot for families, with a wrap around view of Eagle Bluff in Peninsula State Park forming the southern crescent, around to the view of our quintessential village on the hill.
